Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
It is appreciated that you carefully read and understand this policy; many other health care practices have introduced similar policies. It is understandable that daily life/challenges can complicate attending your appointment. In the event that you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment, email or call the clinic and leave a message at least two business days prior to your appointed day and time. This will allow other clients the opportunity to use these times. In the event that you wish to reschedule an appointment for a non emergency reason less than two business days prior to your appointment, we may request that the full consultation fee is prepaid confirming your allocated time slot. This amount will be non-refundable and cannot be changed to another time. In the rare event that you miss your appointment without notice (no show) we will contact you and notify you of this. In many cases this is an honest oversight however a no show fee of $45 will be charged
Unfortunately, we have had to implement this policy due to appointments being cancelled with little or no notice. When clients do not attend (no show) or cancel appointments for non-emergency reasons we are unable to fill our vacancies or offer available times clients on our waiting list.

Processing Charges for Card Payments
From September 1, all Australian businesses will be banned from slugging customers with excessive surcharges for using EFTPOS and credit cards to pay for purchases. The ban means businesses will only be able to charge customers what it actually costs them to process payments for EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards, including bank fees and terminal costs.
Square point of sale charges 1.9% on all swiped, inserted and tapped card payments. a 2.2% fee is charged on all manually entered payments. This charge is added to all card payments.
eWay card processing gateway charges 1.9% + 20c per transaction on Visa & Mastercard
2.6% per transaction on Amex and Diners. This charge will be calculated and added to all recurring payments processed through eWay.
All charges are all in accordance with the ACCC as at 1st September 2017
Dee offers a range of Naturopathic Health programs which include all supplements, pathology, face-to-face, Skype and phone consultations, regular contact via email and text as well as regular reviews. Almost every program can be provided in a way that allows you to make an initial deposit (payable on the first consultation) then pay the remaining balance on a weekly or fortnightly basis until paid in full.
Dee guarantees to provide you with the highest standard of care and Naturopathic advice. Once your program has commenced we do not offer a refund. If your program needs to be put on hold due to personal circumstances, payment will be stopped until your program recommences.
