I hold fabulously fun FRIENDLY FERMENTS Workshops on a regular basis throughout the year.
These workshops are a great way to learn how you can prepare cultured foods and drinks in your own home for a fraction of the cost you’d pay to buy.
The number of participants at a workshop is always limited to allow for maximum interaction and participation with plenty of taste testing along the way.

Workshops are held in CHINCHILLA and NANANGO
- Basic sauerkraut, Mixed vegetable krauts & Kimchi
- Kombucha, Milk kefir & Water kefir
Participants will receive comprehensive notes on the day.
Fermenting pails available on the day to purchase. All starter cultures available.
- Improving gut health through nutrition
- Equipment - what you do & don't need, choosing the right equipment
- How to do it all and what's more how to incorporate cultured and fermented foods and drinks into your everyday diet
- All materials are supplied, including notes, you needn't bring a thing
- All starter cultures are available on the day
